I was not ready to read the story of Sage and Brook. It was steaming HOT!!!
The story thoroughly kept me engaged and wanting more. A definite page turner!! Sage's Surrender can truly be read as a standalone book without reading the prior three books. But why would not you after reading Sage's Surrender.The chemistry of the two protagonists was off the chart, from the very first words exchanged. Readers can feel the heat and love of Sage and Brook. I was a bit put off at first since the blurb stated an gap. But author Joy Blood was able to solidify the connection and the relationship.
I am looking forward to reading more stories from author Joy Blood.
