Book Review: Kandi Steiner "Manhattan"

Manhattan by Kandi Steiner is book 3 in the Becker Brother series. Kandi Steiner has won my heart with Mikey and Kylie’s story. And made me rejoice in the possibility of pure love.

“One Summer. One list of adventures to remind him that our small town has more to offer than memories of the girl who left him behind. One last chance to tell him I’m in love with him.” – Kylie Nelson

Kylie and Mikey have been best friends since they were 8 years old. From that friendship grew something more. . .love. Yes, Kylie fell in love with Mikey, but kept it to herself. She watched from the sideline as Mikey fell in love with another girl and was the supportive friend once she broke his heart.

Now face with the gripping reality that she may lose Mikey forever, she must remind him of what Stratford has to offer and hopefully make him realize that love has been staring right back at him all this time. One summer might change everything, but can it be enough for him to remain?

Kylie’s love for Mikey is pure, heartfelt, and quite torturous. I enjoyed watching their love story unfold, as I am sucker for friends to loves romance. This might be my favorite series yet!

Definitely, the cutes Kandi Steiner book to date. I loved everything it stands for, the innocence of the power of a first love.

Totally OBSESED with this story!
