Manhattan by Kandi Steiner is book 3 in the Becker Brother series. Kandi Steiner has won my heart with Mikey and Kylie’s story. And made me rejoice in the possibility of pure love.

Book Review: Kandi Steiner "What He Never Knew"

Kill me why don't you Kandi Steiner!

I absolutely loved the "What He Doesn't Know" series. I'm not one to shy away from stories that deal with cheating and this series had some gut-churning angst. At first, I was rooting for Reese to get the girl but then the second book had me doing a 180. I was completely in Cameron's corner and I lost the love for Reese. Honestly, the two men were pretty awesome in their own ways and it was Charlie who didn't deserve to be the objection of their devotion. I was pretty angry with her during this story.

Kandi Steiner brought closure to all of her fans who loved this series as much as I did. Although, this can be read as a standalone, it is beneficial to read the first two in order to understand the pain Reese has endured.

Book Review of What He Always Knew by Kandi Steiner

What He Always Knew is the second book to What He Doesn't Know. I am completely and utterly wowed by this duet. It's a rare occasion where both books guts you in the heart and soul, and you keep on wanting more. This is by far one of the BEST love triangle books. This is the best work I read since Molly McAdams, Taking Chances.

No one said love would be easy. If love were easy, then everyone would be in love.

What He Always Knew is a story about choices. Yes, we have the love story, but it's so much more than that. It's about understanding once need and desire, and ultimately making a choice.

WTF!!! (Pardon my French.)

I finished reading WHDK two days ago...however it also took two days for these simple words come together to create this review.

Two days ago my life came to a crippling halt. WHDK completely wrecked me!!

Kindergarten teacher Charlie is miserable in her marriage, and has been for quite some time. The avalanche of past event taking its effect on the once young and hopeful newlyweds...even 5 years afterwards. But definitely relatable. Then walks in Reece back into her life in the last place she ever imagined seeing her best friends brother, the boy her teenage self once loved. Back again to their home town Reece is now teaching music at the same school. As they rekindle a tentative friendship, Charlie begins to live the youthfulness she once carried. Rekindling the once love that was prohibited.

Faced with the threads holding together the marriage is unraveled, Charlie and Cameron's marriage snaps. And Reece is there to comfort a very tired and liberated Charlie.

With one simple word the trajectory of this story was changed forever..."Okay."

Followed by the most unexpected twist of all time. They say there is three sides to the story, this one began long ago when a young girl fell in love with her brother best friend. But happily ever after is never easy when faced with the turbulence of the past knocking at your door.
