If you haven't read Cheeky Royal...STOP! Cheeky King picks up right where Cheeky Royal ends, so you will definitely need to read the first book before diving into the conclusion.

Reeling from the decisions made at the end of Cheeky Prince, Sebastian and Penny must learn to lie with the consequences. Sebastian is now back in the Winston Isles where he is fulfilling his duty and crowed King, following the untimely death of his father.

There is one slight issue. He can't seem to get a handle on his feelings for Penny or their time together. With grief and guilt, eating him up, Sebastian takes it out on the one person who cares for him, Penny.

However, we find Penny in a different point of life. Back in a job she does not want to be in and trying her best to fight what she feels for Sebastian. Penny is lost. She is torn between following a family legacy or becoming an artist.

While the romantic element is there, readers are in for a treat with the mysterious element introduced in Cheeky Royal. There are people trying to take down Sebastian to get control of the crown. There are a plethora of twist and turns in the story line. Yet keeping in line with the suspense, betrayal, romance, and intensity, with two characters filled with lust and chemistry.
